Maven helps turn a project brief into a plan, follow up on open work, surface blockers, and keep decisions in the project conversation. It is built for people coordinating work with colleagues, clients, or external collaborators over email.

To bring Maven into an existing project, add maven@maven-pm.com to CC on your next reply. Explain the outcome, what is stuck, who is involved, and what you want Maven to coordinate. Include the relevant history in the message and tell the other participants that you are adding an AI project manager.

Maven sees only the messages and context supplied to it, not unseen inbox history. It is not a replacement for human judgment. Project owners remain responsible for consequential decisions and approvals. AI output should be reviewed; this guide is not a promise of error-free or fully autonomous execution.

New users can request a sample project plan at /start and reply with their own project brief. A successful signup queues the request; it does not by itself prove email delivery.
